As seen in the above photo:  Stir-fried sliced pork with marinated salty cabbage (ตังฉ่าย) and yellow chilies. Diced Kai Lan stem (use only the inner core) marinated in light soya sauce and red chilies. Dry Shitake stem stir-fried with light soya sauce and peanut oil. Lightly boiled shrimps marinated in light soya sauce and red chilies.
